Get Away and Discover Yourself

Most of us stay so busy in our day to day life that we lose sight of who we are and what we are to be about. Do you know who you really are? Do you find yourself asking questions about your purpose? If you are like the vast majority of people you are so consumed with today that you rarely, if ever, take the needed time to assess the bigger life questions and really discover why you are here.

The primary purpose for your existence is to know and love God. I am going to assume that you understand that fact and have embraced God’s love demonstrated through His Son Jesus. While this is the most important reason for your existence, it is not the only reason you are still here on planet earth.

You were created with a distinct design. You have spiritual gifts and certain life experiences that are unique to you. You have a relational style that enables you to interact with others and vocational skills you have developed that can be used to leave your imprint on those around you. There is also a deep passion burning inside of you of something you desire to do. It is something you believe you have been called to accomplish.

All of these factors work together to make you the unique person you are. It may be that you are like a friend of mine who recently realized he just needed to get away and discover who he was so he could begin fulfilling his destiny. I would love to help you through this process of discovery. It is only when you have a clear sense of your calling that you will be able to truly experience success in life.

If you need to get away for a few days do it. It may be that a few days away changes your life forever!
