Biography

André Dugger has spent his adult lifeinfluencing and leading people. This has been realized through various roles including business sales positions and full-time ministry positions. André’s ability to excel in the sales profession was first realized when he led his company’s sales force in new business sales even as a part-time salesman. He has served as youth minister at one church and as senior pastor of three churches ranging in membership size from 100 to over 2000. He has an earned Bachelor of Arts Degree, Master of Divinity Degree, and Doctorate of Ministry Degree in Conflict Management. André is a published author, including the books; Dear God and Prayer: Your Own Letter to God, and enjoys writing projects that make a real difference in the lives of people. He also served as associate producer of the major motion picture Letters to God and is currently assisting a team in the development stage of another film. An accomplished speaker, André, has spoken throughout the United States and Canada as well as around the world; including Korea, Germany, Mexico, and Puerto Rico. He is an influential, inspirational, and motivational speaker and is known for bringing encouragement and challenge to all who hear him; including many NFL players who have heard him speak since 1997. André is passionately in love with God and His Son Jesus Christ. Second only to his love and passion for God; is his love and passion for his wife Sarah and their six children; Jed, Joshua, Caylee, Joseph, James, and Caitlyn. André has a deep desire to influence the world for Christ by helping people have success in all areas of life.
