Sarah Dugger is the founder and president of 212 Mom. The mother of six children, Sarah knows what it means to be a mom and she has helped women from all walks of life become more successful at life and motherhood. Sarah has been married to her husband André since 1986 and they have six children. Sarah has taught in both public and private schools and currently homeschools her four children who have not yet graduated.
The 212º concept
At 211º water is hot, but at 212º water boils. When water boils it produces steam and when steam is produced a locomotive can be moved. The difference is one degree, but that one degree makes all the difference in the world.

212 Mom has three primary focuses:
- 212 Mom Coaching – Sarah’s coaching focuses on helping ladies become the best wife and mother they can be. 212 Mom coaching takes place primarily via e-mail and phone sessions although some clients are able to experience in person coaching.
- 212 Mom Speaking – Sarah is available to speak on a variety of topics including, marriage, parenting, homeschooling, and prayer. Sarah’s speaking will help you make that one extra degree of change in your life.
- 212 Mom Publishing – Sarah is a published author who has material available to help you in practical ways. Sarah’s publishing includes curriculum, magazine articles, and real-life Blogs.
